Craig explained the repairs very thoroughly and his pricing is very fair. He also checked my bow and advised me to hold off on rehairing and repair until next summer. Can’t wait to try the violin after he implements the repairs!

If you need a stringed instrument repaired this is the first place to go. Craig is down to earth and does amazing work. Check hours, call first, available street parking, in the historic Green Hotel. If you have to drive any distance, it is worth the drive. With Covid, there is usually a short line waiting in the hallway outside the shop, it goes quickly.

I feel beyond lucky to have found Craig out of all other luthiers out there. Each time I go back, he helps me with adjustments to my instrument that makes incredible improvements to its sound and voice. He charges amounts that makes me feel like I am underpaying him for the excellent work he does. 10/10 definitely recommend to everyone who plays a stringed instrument!
