The fantasy movie violin repair shop. The best work for the best prices. Right out of a great old movie tucked inside the classic Green Hotel in Pasadena. Violins everywhere. Violin art on the walls fr long ago. A friendly and uber knowledgeable luthier with a vast store of experience. One who takes the same care in repairing a $100 instrument as he does repairing one in the $100k and up range. All are equal when it comes to his care.

Five or more shops fr the San Fernando Valley to Silver Lake to Santa Monica have worked on my violins in the past. And while all did great work non compare to CS.

Craig’s pricing is as great a component as his flawless work, helpful friendly service and location. I used to put off repairs because they were too expensive but now don’t have to because CS’s prices are more than reasonable.
